Engraving Coater

Thanks to the precise air control device, two precision air cylinders provide equal pressure in the left, center, and right positions.
Various single-sided coating processes. (Water-based materials, lacquer, adhesive primers, etc.)
Knit sizes from #10 to #200 are possible. (For every 1 inch)
Depth selectable: between 800㎛ and 30㎛ (0.8mm - 0.03mm)
The basic mesh shape is diamond-shaped. However, the shape can be customized according to the testing method. (Optional)
The engraving roller material is Teflon coated, providing excellent corrosion protection and wear resistance.
The doctor's knife is made of alloy steel and retains tension.
The adjustable gap between the upper and lower rollers allows for the use of thick materials (non-woven). (Max. 30mm)
After changing the engraving roller, a 2-roller vertical filling machine is possible. (Optional)
For user safety, there is an emergency stop switch and bar equipment.
